CancerCare relies heavily on fundraising activities and generous donations in order to provide the existing services to people with cancer and their families. But more is needed to be able to extend these important services to more people across Lancashire and South Lakeland.
Reid Hamilton is a proud to supporter of CancerCare, staging many fund raising events over the years including charity race nights, arranging sponsorship of events in conjunction with The Bay Radio and through the Aviva Community Awards, where we successfulyl secured £2,500 for the charity. Last year we were proud to sponsor the 10th anniversary Cross Bay Walk and we were proud to sponsor this year's event held on Sunday 7th August 2016.
In spite of the weather presenting challenges of its own, the event was a huge success, with 500 people taking part.

Classic Car Show – 23rd June 2013
Duncan took his pride and joy, his 1975 Triumph TR7, to the Lakes Classic Car Show at Grasmere on 23rd June. This was a good day for all car enthusiasts and Duncan was joined by some of our clients with their own classic cars. This event raised money for The Windermere and Ambleside Lions Club and the North West Air Ambulance.
